Tuesday 14th September - Organic Food & Wine night to mark National Organic Week 2010. Super organic food and wine night at Bar 8 on the Docks, with wines from Cases Wine Warehouse. Menu prepared by Jess Murphy, Food & Wine Magazine's Best Chef in Connaught 2010. More information and ticket at €25 per head from Cases Wine Warehouse.
Starting Thursday 23rd September for 4 weeks - our incredibly popular Wine Course. €80 for 4 weeks, 2 hours per week, tasting 6-8 wines per week. Wednesday 20th October - Anima Negra Food & Wine night at Cava Restaurant, Dominick Street. A wonderful night of Spanish food and wine with the wines all coming from our visiting wine supplier, Miguel Angel of Anima Negra, the Mallorcan vineyard included in the Slow Food organisation's ‘Ark of Taste'.
