Well the Food & Wine season has started and next Tuesday 29th March, we will be hosting our first night of 2011 at Galway's legendary casual food HQ, Fat Freddy's on Quay Street. The idea next Tuesday is that we will be offering a starter and a main course, accompanied by 2 glasses of wine, for a great value €20! As well as providing great casual food we will be giving a talk on what wines to pick when eating casually, a trend which has become massively more popular over the past three years.
