The latest in our series of wine events happens on Thursday week, 13th October at Cava Restaurant on Dominick Street in Galway.

Cava is now widely acknowledged as Ireland's finest Tapas restaurant and owner-chef JP McMahon's 5-course tasting menu for the night will focus on the hottest new trends in Spanish cuisine. These will be wonderfully complemented by a tutored tasting of exciting wines from the Rioja, Cariňena and Bierzo regions of Spain. The wines will be introduced by David Geary of Axial Wines, one of our modern-day wine geese.

The meal begins at 6.00pm and will finish at 8.00pm - ideal for those commuting home or for anyone heading to events in Galway later in the evening.
