We've dusted off the Christmas cobwebs and are starting to put together the notes for our Spring Wine Course, which starts on Thursday the 2nd February, and runs for 4 weeks. Starting at 8pm nightly, 2 hours per night, €80 for the whole 4 weeks, including course notes and all the wines tasted (between 6 and 8 per night).

Aimed at enthusiastic beginners, the objective is that you should be able to confidently order from a restaurant menu, or browse a wine shop or supermarket aisle for a lovely bottle after the 4 weeks.

We have already sold quite a few places at Christmas gifts, so call or email us pretty soon if you want to book a place and give your wine knowledge a great kick-start in 2012.
