Sohere are the details of a really exciting Food& Wine Night we have coming up on Wednesday 20th October.
Thenight is in the multiple award-winning Cava Restaurant on Dominick Street andfeatures the food and wine of Mallorca.
Thefood is a wonderful 5-course tasting menu of Mallorcan tapas, created by JPMcMahon of Cava. The Mallorcan wines are from the Anima Negra winery on theisland. Already a legend among wine buffs, the wines of Miguel Angel Cerda and hispartners have been added to the Slow Food movement’s ‘Ark of Taste’ as animportant Spanish wine. Miguel himself will be guiding us through the wines onthe night.
Plus, we get tofinish it all off with either a glass of Tyrconnell 10-year old Single Maltfinished in Anima Negra wine casks, or a delicious Pedro Ximinez dessert sherryfrom Malaga.
The dinnerstarts at 7pm and tickets can be purchased from Cases for only €37.50 perperson for the 5 tasting courses and 5 accompanying wines.

To finish we have an Irish Single Malt that was partly aged in Anima Negra Casks. Tyrconnell10 Year-Old Single Malt AN Mallorcan Wine Cask Finish.
Alternatively, we have a delicious Pedro Ximenez dessertwine from Malaga that matches any rich desserts very well. Everyone thattastes it loves it.
