Now this is lovely. There is a growing sense of excitement about Italian whites and this wine justifies that excitement. From Campania, just outside Naples, it is made from a local grape that had until recently almost passed into obscurity. It is rich, smooth, with lovely cinnamon apple notes, balanced by minerality and a lovely refreshing acidity.
