Pale yellow with golden tones, this Cava in fine and fruity on the nose, well-balanced on the palate, with persistent bubbles. A classy Cava. 'Up to now, it has been difficult to find an interesting cava - the Spanish sparkling wine made in the classic fashion of champagne - for under €15.99. Here, however, we have a superb example (Gran Palas). It is clean and slightly generous on the palate, with a hint of smooth creaminess followed by a tart finish.
