After manual harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and pressed before fermention in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then filtered and bottled. This is a deep dark red with plenty of fruit to the fore, primarily blackberry. A great value medium bodied, juicy wine with balanced tannins.
