This heady Provencal concoction delivers abundant fruit seamlessly merged with exotic oak spice. With flavours of bitter chocolate, mint, liqourice, mocha and pepper, the wine is dense and rich with a twist of sweetness. The 75% Grenache and 25% Syrah is sourced from 50-70 year old vineyards.
"The classic 2005 Vacqueyras V.V. is a blend of Grenache and Syrah. It exhibits a dense ruby/purple colour along with a big, peppery, cassis, licorice, and roasted herb-scented bouquet. This elegant, noble, deep wine should age nicely for 7-8 years."
