AGE RESTRICTION
It is our strict policy to not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of eighteen in accordance with the law. By placing an order with us you are confirming you are over eighteen. If the wine you purchase is a gift then the recipient must also be over eighteen.
MINIMUM ORDER & PACKING
The minimum order for delivery from our online store is twelve bottles
which may be mixed. If you choose 12 or more of ONE wine, you will
receive a discount.
We will pack your order in the vineyard's original packaging or in specially constructed plain cardboard boxes.
DELIVERY
Deliveries should be received within two working days of being ordered if you place your order before 12 midday.
Orders received after 12 midday are regarded as being received the following day where delivery is concerned.
Please contact us if you have not received your wine within two working days and we will track it for you.
At peak times, particularly Christmas, your wine may take longer to
arrive so we do ask you to place your orders as early as possible to
avoid disappointment. If you do have any special requirements regarding
delivery please contact us and we will do our best to facilitate you.
Deliveries are made during business hours (usually between 9 AM and 5
PM) and somebody must be present to take delivery and sign for it. We
provide your contact phone number to the courier company so that they
can contact you if there is a problem. It is mandatory that a contact
number is provided for all delivery addresses.
Please note we are unable to arrange for the courier to deliver wine outside business hours.
If you think you (or the recipient) won't be home to accept the wine you can choose to have it delivered to a business address.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Galway, Mayo and Roscommon - free delivery.
Rest
of the island of Ireland - €5 per order. The reason for this charge is
that the courier's charge to us is significantly higher outside of
Galway, Mayo and Roscommon. We absorb a significant proportion of that charge on the first case and do not charge for additional cases. While some
online suppliers offer ‘Free' delivery, you will always find the cost
buried somewhere in the price of the wines.
We do not deliver to any other countries.
BREAKAGES
If the wine is visibly damaged on delivery you should refuse delivery, request that the wine is returned to us and notify us immediately. We will replace it free of charge when we are notified of this by you.
AVAILABILITY
Wine is an agricultural product and although we do our best to avoid it, at times a wine or stated vintage may become unavailable. In this instance, we will do our best to contact you to ask would you like to choose something else or wait until the wine becomes available. Please note that current vintages are displayed in the wine description. Vintages shown on either label or bottle shots of wines may not be representative of current vintage.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in Euro. They include VAT at 21% and are per bottle in a mixed cases of 12 bottles. A discount applies when you purchase 12 or more bottles of the one wine. We do not accept responsibility for typographical errors. Prices can change at any time without notice.

QUALITY / RETURNS POLICY
At cases.ie, we are proud to offer great value on a huge range of the world's best wines. Our goal is to help you choose the wines that you will enjoy. To facilitate this, we offer detailed product reviews to assist you with your purchasing decisions.
While reviews, testimonials and ratings may influence your decision, the ultimate judgment is yours. Although we work toward providing you with as much information as possible to help you make a selection you will enjoy, we cannot guarantee that you will like the taste of every bottle of wine you select. However, in the event you do experience a problem with the quality/taste of a bottle, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and provide the details of your problem. If you would like to return an order for taste reasons, we will happily issue a refund, less the full return delivery and handling charges.

LOYALTY CARD
Terms & Conditions
The Cases Wine Warehouse Loyalty Card is designed to give additional benefits to our regular customers to thank them for their support. Customers who sign up to our Loyalty Card receive exclusive discounts on our wines and beers and can choose to get access to a range of wine and beer events organised by Cases through our email alerts.
HOW DO I JOIN?
Simply fill out the attached form and return it to us. We will register your details and send your Loyalty Card to you within 10 working days.
WHAT DO YOU GET?
By signing up for our Loyalty Card, you receive a Card with a magnetic strip on the back which you bring with you every time you make a purchase. We swipe it through at time of purchase and you receive your points for wines (including champagnes, sparkling wines, ports, sherries and dessert wines) or beers. The wines discount applies whether you are buying a bottle or a case. Every point is equivalent to one cent. Once you reach 500 points, you can redeem these points instore against any purchase.
You earn points for every Euro you spend. Wines attract 5 points per Euro (equivalent to a 5% discount) and beers receive 2 points (equivalent to a 2% discount). So for example, if you spend €100 on wine, 500 points will be credited to your card and you can take a €5 discount off your next purchase.
These points may vary and do not apply to special offers. All variations will be posted on our website at cases.ie. Because the Loyalty Card is designed to reward loyal regular customers, we do not offer this facility on on-off purchases such as weddings or parties. Quantities of wines for such events are already heavily discounted. No other offers are valid when this Loyalty Card is used e.g. corporate/company discount schemes.

WHAT ELSE CAN YOU GET?
If you are not already signed up to our email alerts, you can choose to do so and get our occasional emails detailing special offers, exclusive Cases Wine Warehouse wine and beer events and interesting wine and beer news. If you choose to receive these emails, you can opt out of them at any time simply by replying to an email with the word ‘remove'.
HOW DO YOU CHECK YOUR POINTS BALANCE?
Just ask us instore - you can call in, phone us at 091-764 701 or email us at info@cases.ie. And every time you make a purchase, your points balance will be shown at the bottom of your receipt.
WHAT IF YOU LOSE YOUR CARD?
Just tell us. We will reissue a card and transfer the points to your new card. Please note that we can only do so on cards that have been registered with us.
